Salt Lake City Chinatown

The Salt Lake City Chinatown is a 30,000 square foot Asian grocery store, 65,000 square foot indoor mall including 38 Asian-themed shops and 12,000 square feet Asian-themed strip mall”. There are more than 10,000-plus Chinese nationals living in the area  so the demand for a Chinatown  has been high. Ub late 2012, Chinatown SLC has experienced a surge of Chinese immigrants and the businesses are now filling up the Chinatown and the Chinatown will continue to grow.
Originally, Salt Lake City had a Chinatown that was located in an area nicknamed “Plum Alley” that  had a Chinese population.


Beginning Thursday, November 15th. Niu Gu will debut its new later evening “8 Dishes”

The menu, by Chef Jimmy Li with new, exciting dishes will be served from 8:00 pm to midnight 7 days a week and reservations are by text only.

No liquor license. Great tea selection Guests can BYOB. There is a sommelier to handle your wine or tea
