San Francisco’s Chinatown is America’s largest Chinatown, spanning approximately 28 blocks. It’s also the very first Chinatown in the country. But as CCTV reporter Mark Niu says, age appears to be catching up with the historic city, as it struggles to change with the times. It used to rank right up there with the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf as San Francisco’s top tourist attractions. But today, Chinatown is hard-pressed to be listed in the top ten.
