Andy Ricker’s Pok Pok LA Will take Reservations Starting Monday
Known for its Creative Thai street food like fish-sauce wings and interesting drinks served current cutting edge spot, Pok Pok LA will open reservation lines for his hotly anticipated eatery in Mandarin Plaza.
Owned by culinary specialist, restaurateur and cookery essayist, Chef Andy Ricker is a James Beard winner known for his aptitude and skill in northern Thai food.
Pok LA will be open for lunch and supper, non-stop throughout the days, seven days a week. That won’t happen immediately – Ricker said he’s had an “enormous staffing issue” – so search for the eatery to be open perhaps five days a week at first.
